**Duties**:

- Configuring and supporting computer hardware, software, systems, and customer HVAC
- dedicated networks
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the
phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users, both internal and external.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Tracking & ordering computer hardware
- Managing software licenses

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 & 365
- Web Security/Encryption proficiency, such as the creation & Installation of SSL
Certificates.
- Microsoft Exchange & Active Directory
- VPN client management (various vendors)
- Ability to communicate IT system needs to customer IT personnel for BAS installations
- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Niagara framework is a plus
