Project Administrative Assistant

Baltimore based contractor seeks an experienced project Administrative Assistant to perform the following tasks: Process, print, file, organize, and maintain contract documents, submittals, operation and maintenance manuals, project logs, change orders, requests for information, schedules, warranties, invoices, employee identifications / security badging, weekly time cards, records, online purchases, etc.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Must have great communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and be experienced with Microsoft Office.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
