**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies to boost ROI, working under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Exhibit proficiency with Google Analytics and other analytical tools to understand and leverage data insights for campaign optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure marketing success and inform future strategic decisions.
- Manage and execute social media strategy, including the creation and scheduling of both organic and paid content across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies to refine marketing efforts and enhance performance.
- Support the Marketing Manager with daily tasks and ad hoc projects, ensuring seamless marketing operations.
**Day-to-Day Functions**:
- Implement marketing strategies under the supervision of the Marketing Manager to meet the specific needs of individual dental practices.
- Engage in regular analysis of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Actively manage the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent and effective online presence that aligns with brand values and engagement goals.
- Serve as a point of contact for external agencies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring marketing objectives are met with high standards.
- Provide ongoing support to the Marketing Manager, stepping in to manage tasks as necessary to drive regional marketing efforts forward.
**Digital Paid Media Coordinator Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. Digital marketing certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on executing paid media campaigns and utilizing data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in various advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager, etc.
- Extensive experience building first-party data strategy and execution to improve marketing ROI (with samples).
- Experience working within the following media channels; Programmatic Display, Paid Search (Google UAC, Performance Max, Apple Search Ads), Online Video (YouTube), Connected TV (Trade Desk, Streaming Platforms), and Paid Social (Video and Performance).
- Experience leveraging media partners as external partnerships for the company objectives, particularly in areas such as marketing, promotion, audience engagement, and revenue generation
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing plans.
