**Position Summary**:
This position amalgamates the responsibilities of a Business Systems Analyst and a Data Analyst, offering a unique opportunity to leverage data to drive strategic initiatives and provide end-to-end data service delivery. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to extract meaningful insights from vast datasets and develop comprehensive reports and visualizations. Additionally, this role entails spearheading the implementation of preferred data visualization tools, contributing to the enhancement of our data infrastructure.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Develop, support, and maintain tools and reports from various platforms, leveraging Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to provide user-friendly analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the central point of contact for reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, ensuring secure and reliable access to company data.
- Administer SQL servers and services, overseeing data stewardship and delivery services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) supported by data insights.
- Create and maintain training plans and documentation for internal technology tools and processes, including end user training programs for visualization tools.
- Act as a technical evangelist for improving business processes and data handling methodologies, conducting testing of data connections and storage locations.
- Engage in other related projects as needed to support business operations.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar; or related work experience.
- 5 years of experience in a progressive IT role, with a minimum of 10 years working with large, diverse data sets.
- Expertise in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and supportive communication style.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial drivers of company performance.
- Experience in administering SQL servers and services, with a moderate understanding of programming, scripting, and process automation.
- Comfortable working onsite initially, with the flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to remain seated or standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to view computer screens for long periods of time.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
