About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Data Analyst to support our Intelligence Community program in McLean, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and conducting data analysis and standardization, developing data models for analysis, and extracting data to develop reports for EEO leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct data analysis and standardization
  • Develop data models for analysis
  • Extract data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership
  • Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
  • Collaborate with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or 2-6 years with a M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree)
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
