Operations Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Use company software for daily operations.
- Reconcile accounts for store managers and the warehouse.
- Address customer inquiries on WIX.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual in Chinese and English.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is available.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with operational software.
- Excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
