  • Assist with daytoday accounting tasks and ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform account analysis to identify discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions
  • Support accounts payable functions, including vendor management and payment processing
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mandarin required
