We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hardscapes Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with product inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend appropriate hardscape solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to support informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the hardscape industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of hardscape products and installation techniques is a plus.
- A passion for outdoor living spaces and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
- Tuesday-Saturday position
