- ** General Purpose**:
As an Account Maintenance Specialist, you'll be entrusted with maintaining precise customer records and fostering effective communication with our credit and accounting teams to uphold Wolter's high standards.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts.
- Verify customer information and address any potential fraud concerns.
- Communicate with customers to facilitate smooth invoicing processes.
- Evaluate customer credit and assign appropriate credit limits.
- Accurately assign tax, territory, and sales information to customer records.
- Update open orders in response to changes in customer accounts.
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Handle requests for ACH/Wire Payments, COI, etc.
- Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and billing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
