This opportunity is open to current ASRS employees and temporary staff currently assigned to the ASRS.

Job Summary:
This is a multi-faceted opportunity that will keep you engaged with a variety of work within the records, printing, and mailroom operation. This critical on-site role will be responsible for:

- Processing incoming and outgoing mail to include check handling procedures
- Distributing mail to different floors, offices, persons or electronic delivery
- Record receipt of new equipment and materials
- Preparing and imaging documents received for workflow processing
- Inputting of member demographic information into a database
- Completing mass printing requests
- Maintaining inventory control and adherence to established records retention policies
- Interfacing with vendors to order, receive, and maintain equipment
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

- Strong ability to accurately sort and distribute large amounts of mail
- Ability to learn and adhere to policies and procedures (internal controls, security protocols, data protection and integrity, etc.)
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Familiar with records management storage and retention (physical and electronic)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to operate printing equipment, check printer, mail opener, mail folding machine, postage meter with certified tracking and imaging scanner
- Familiar with various computer software programs and files (MS Office, Adobe)
- General analytical and critical thinking skills
- Accurate data entry
- Ability to learn internal processes and retain information with mínimal redirection
- Handle physical workload to include ability to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis
- Strong organizations skills and attention to detail
- Meet deadlines with accuracy
