** Location: 31-01 20th Ave, Astoria, NY 11105**

** Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension**

**Notes**:

- Fully onsite role, once acclimated to the position and completely versed, this position will move to a hybrid schedule.
- Working Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm.

**Description**:

- The project entails assisting with all requisitioning for vendor services and managing administrative tasks needed to support various departments within and outside of Facilities and Field Services.
- Assignments - process and track requisitions for various payments, process and track requisitions for operational expenses relating to Vendor Management work (i.e. Capital Tools, Rubber Goods, Bucket Truck Testing), Scan and upload docs relating to vehicle violations, assist with: records retention, procedure updates on SharePoint, managing fleet additions with EZ Pass vendor, asset creation and tracking for Hot sticks, creating various process flows, and any other ad-hoc tasks necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Required knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of OneDrive.
- Must possess strong oral, written communication skills, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
