**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage, lead and grow a high-performing team
- Manage daily compliance and operational requirements
- Ensure fulfillment of CH Powell customer service and compliance standards
- Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and expectations
- Resolve issues with urgency and a focus on root cause
- Manage internal and external activity reporting, analysis and group review
- Responsible for annual budgeting and monthly P&L execution
- Work closely with the Ocean Director to achieve goals and objectives

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Demonstrates operational expertise in: NVOCC operations
- Highly-Proficient with NVOCC regulatory; FMC, AMS/ISF/AES, VGM
- Possesses a passion for global trade
- Motivated, dependable and professional
- Experience in effectively managing and building a team
- Experience creating SOPs, supporting documentation and implementation
- Ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues across departments and offices
- Strong desire to grow and excel both personally and professionally
