Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Payroll/Human Resources Specialist to support our Office Administrator and join our Administration Department. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our office, delivering top-notch client service, and supporting our team in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive administrative experience and demonstrate proficiency in bookkeeping and payroll processing.

Primary Duties

  • Prepare and maintain employee records, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Accurately process weekly payroll in a timely manner.
  • Administer weekly, monthly, and quarterly commissions and bonuses.
  • Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with precision.
  • Maintain and update data in spreadsheets and assist with data management.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to address and resolve workflow and material issues.
  • Support the Production Manager and General Managers as needed to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Attributes: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and develop a comprehensive understanding of company services and procedures.
