Inside Sales Executive – Industrial Systems
We are a global leader in designing and manufacturing industrial systems for diverse markets, including roofing, construction, telecommunications, power, and more. We are seeking a Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with our established client base, focusing on upselling and providing tailored solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage existing customer accounts, focusing on upselling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales of parts, components, and system upgrades, from small bushings to large control system fixes.
- Collaborate with engineering departments and interpret machine drawings to meet customer needs.
- Interact with a variety of client roles, including purchasing, maintenance, and engineering teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in OEM equipment and parts.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work closely with engineering departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- A degree in a technical field is preferred.
- Background in technical sales, not from a catalog-type company.
