This role is pivotal as you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our office. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team to deliver top-tier service and build strong client relationships.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $60.00 per year

**Responsibilities**
Client Reception: Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly, in addition to managing the phone system.

Posting and making bank deposits

Assisting in the preparation of Accounts Payable

Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Inputting cancellations and reinstatements in agency operating system

Assisting remote Account Managers and their assistants with in office tasks

Assisting Account Managers in preparation and distribution of Mass Registry work
