**Shift time - M-F 8-5 pm**

**Resource's typical working day**:

- This is a front facing role.
- This person will be responsible for booking conference rooms, greeting visitors, answering the phone.
- Will be responsible for some supplies, there is a coffee bar.
- This person will be responsible for conference room readiness and switch boarding.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor with a strong, professional customer service orientation.
- Ad hoc administrative duties. Some inventory management.
- Utilizing MS Office Suite.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Customer service experience in a **professional environment **experience will be imperativ**e**:

- Comfortability and proficiency around computer usage
- Self-starting, self-managed. Being able to be self-driven.
- Ability to learn a new system

**Years of Experience**: Prior Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience preferred

**Education**: HS Diploma or GED required

**Software skills**: : MS Office Suite

**Interview Process**: Interviews over zoom

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
