You will perform all Accounts Payable/Payroll processes. Timely payment of vendor invoices and weekly payroll. Maintain accurate records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Payroll - weekly in-house payroll
- A/P - sort, code and match invoices, enter invoice into the system, prepare and perform check runs, research and resolve discrepancies and issues, assist with month end closing, maintain vendor files.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous high-volume A/P and payroll experience
- Strong knowledge in A/P and Payroll
- Basic knowledge of HR
- Experience with an ERP accounting system (we currently use Sage 100, Sage experience not required)
- Experience using Excel
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A drive to complete your assignments on time
- The ability to keep data confidential

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
