ArborWorks LLC is a leading provider of vegetation management services, specializing in utility line clearance, fire remediation, and large-scale projects. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our nationwide workforce.
Responsibilities:- Process payroll for approximately 1000+ employees, including union and non-union workers.
- Calculate payroll, including overtime, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments, using advanced payroll systems.
- Enter payroll data into administrative databases and software programs.
- Prepare and execute pay orders through electronic systems or distribute physical paychecks as needed.
- Administer and distribute payment statements to employees, either electronically or in paper form.
- Maintain accurate records of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefits, new hire information, and other payroll-related data.
- Address payroll-related questions and issues from employees and management.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for management review.
- Proficiency in payroll software, including ADP, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for payroll data management and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential payroll information.
- Ability to work with both union and non-union payroll structures.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus but not required.
