**Position Duties and Responsibilities**
- Part-time office responsibilities. If you are seeking full-time employment the balance of the hours can be filled in the warehouse_**.**
**Primary Duties**
- Investigate customer complaints using our electronic order records and overhead camera system to determine the validity of the complaint. Report the finding back to the customer and internally. Log and trend complaint data.
- Primary owner of the portal for all billing and invoicing and is responsible to update it daily
- Primary owner of several shared excel sheets that require daily updates.
- Responsibly for filing carrier claims on behalf of our customers
**Other Duties**
- Follow all Fortune Fulfillment policies as outlined in the handbook
- Maintain general work areas, including a desk/office space
- Able to follow GMP’s and food safety guidelines.
- Applies food safety and the HACCP plan to daily activities.
- Completes all assigned tasks in the appropriate timeline
- Perform all the above duties in a timely, courteous manner with respect for all company personnel and property and report any concerns immediately to management
- Assists others within the department throughout the year as needed
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, can handle multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and on the job, experience working with computers/data entry preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of computer programs and software including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn and understand the BRC and our HACCP plan
- Willingness to learn company specific software including Canopy, RSS, Numina
