Position Overview:
A reputable mechanical contractor is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist.

Job Title:
Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist

Employment Type:
Temp to Hire

Compensation:
$23 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate approximately 100 invoices on a weekly basis.
2. Handle customer inquiries and process credit card transactions.
3. Manage collections for HVAC and fire protection service billings.
4. Provide support to Accounts Payable regarding invoice inquiries related to inventory and purchase orders.
5. Develop, maintain, and update the department's filing system as necessary.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts receivable and billing is essential.
