Our therapy team is also given opportunities to actively participate in team-based leadership structured groups, that ensure clinical and operational decision making is a collaborative process that promotes future growth and advancement. Rehab Service Coordinators (RSC) facilitate the functioning of the outpatient therapy clinics in a variety of supportive functions. Daily responsibilities are divided into roles. RSCs will rotate between all roles, which include, but are not limited to: Administrative and clerical support - Preparing patient charts, reviewing therapy orders for accuracy, and monitoring spreadsheets for billing compliance needs. Front desk reception, scheduling and patient registration processes. Over the counter sales and payment collection. Patient navigation from point of entry to exit from clinic. Clinical support, organizing, cleaning and prep of patient care areas, complete equipment maintenance requirements, and supply ordering. Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Work collaboratively with the therapy team to support exceptional patient experience and outcomes. Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. Engage in staff meetings and project groups to support exceptional patient care. Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review meeting minutes, review email communications, etc.) Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and to take on additional responsibilities to support the team and process improvement initiatives within the department.
