Position Overview:
A reputable mechanical contracting firm is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist.


Role Summary:
This position involves handling a significant volume of invoicing and customer interactions, ensuring accurate billing and timely collections.


Job Type:
Temp to Hire


Compensation:
$23 per hour


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM


Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate approximately 100 invoices on a weekly basis.
2. Manage customer inquiries and facilitate credit card transactions.
3. Oversee collections for service billings related to HVAC and fire protection.
4. Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies concerning inventory and purchase orders.
5. Develop and maintain an organized filing system for departmental records.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts receivable and billing is essential.
