Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of social work, dementia care, and assisted living.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring individual needs are met
- Coordinate with medical professionals to provide necessary healthcare services
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate resident records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with families to address concerns and provide updates on resident well-being
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
- Implement memory care programs to enhance cognitive abilities and quality of life

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or assisted living facility
- Strong knowledge of dementia care, memory care, and home care practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and staff members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
