**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Management:_
- Oversee daily operations of the practice, including front desk, billing, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups to optimize patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and patient billing.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Financial Management:_
- Prepare and manage the practice’s budget, including payroll, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-effective measures and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Coordinate with accountants and auditors to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations.
- Human Resources Management:_
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, ensuring a high level of performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and development opportunities for staff.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during office hours.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:_
- Ensure the practice complies with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a psychiatry or mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and medical billing.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with psychiatric patient care and familiarity with mental health services.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and psychiatric medications.
- Bilingual in Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus.
