Job Title: Practice Management Coordinator

Crowell & Moring LLP is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in the United States, Europe, MENA, and Asia. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Management Coordinator to support our practice groups and working groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to monitor practice group performance.
  • Coordinate and schedule attorney training and development programs.
  • Handle logistical responsibilities for practice group meetings, events, and retreats.
  • Maintain group intranet sites and repositories of relevant practice management information.
  • Assist with lateral attorney recruiting projects.
  • Prepare and monitor practice group expense budgets.
  • Support attorney morale and engagement.
  • Provide assistance with the annual attorney evaluation process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum one year of increasingly responsible experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
