**Onboarding Coordinator**

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a talented Onboarding Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will manage the on-boarding process and new hire journey for all new staff. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. We are looking for a person who thinks ‘outside-the-box" and finishes projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to assist our recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements. The Onboarding Coordinator is pivotal to the support and growth of Trulieve, while supporting Trulieve’s mission and values daily.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with new employees to evaluate on-boarding experience and recommend ways to enhance the new hire onboarding programs and experience.
- Regularly assesses and recommends program changes and enhancements to drive better retention and engagement of new hires.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1-2 years of experience within HR or a related field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Must be at least 21 years old (State Law)
**WORK SCHEDULE**:
- 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
