**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, performance, development and other business related functions
- Provides superior patient service demonstrating responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs with urgency to resolve any patient dissatisfaction in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations and dental board standards
- Responsible for directing and coordinating all functions related to maintaining and building of payer fee schedules for the corporation
- Develop and implement strategies, process improvements and automation to improve overall performance
- This is a highly visible role and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and work cross-functionally with other departments
- Accurately load and maintain all fee schedules/plan alerts in the Practice Management System, ensuring fees are current and effective for relevant dates
- Ensure fees are being paid at the negotiated rate, identify variances, and assist to resolve these with the payers
- Create, develop, and maintain a Master list of all active fee schedules by payer, to include effective dates, rates, etc
- Oversee the updating and auditing of CDT procedure code tables and insurance logs, verifying the accuracies of these tables
- Trend and recommend process updates related to rejected claims to reduce potential rejections in the future
- Additional duties as assigned
