Office Manager

  • Competitive salary $41K - $52K
  • Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
  • On-site position located in Clearwater, FL
  • Temp to Hire opportunity

The Reserves Network is hiring an Office Administrator for a chair manufacturer in Clearwater, FL. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overall front office activities including the reception area, mail, facilities/office equipment needs, and event planning. Also, responsible for performing and coordinating all administration needs for the CEO and general support for other members of the management team.

Your New Role as an Office Manager:

  • Perform and coordinate all administrative activities for the CEO and company leadership including drafting correspondences, and presentations, managing meeting calendars, tracking of information/deadlines.
  • Manage company calendars including vacation and installation calendars. Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for staff.
  • Participate in special department projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, creating brochures, and owner manuals.
  • Responsible for coordinating the facilities' daily operations (such as IT and computer requests, housekeeping, recycling, changing light bulbs, heat problems, water problems, general department repairs, cube problems, etc.)
  • Participate in trade show preparations with management team and organize company events such as picnics, outings, media, and open houses.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, postage machine, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for drafting, publishing, and maintaining the company’s Document Control System. Process Document Control Orders for signature using DocuSign.
  • Assist with coordination and maintain some HR items; job descriptions, temp company contact, org chart, new employee on-boarding, timecards, etc.

Your Experience:

  • HS Diploma/ GED; A.A. degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in office management
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a busy manufacturing organization.
  • Detail-oriented and focused.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions and positively respond to guidance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
