**Responsibilities**:
**Runner Responsibilities**:

- Expedite food orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed

**Server Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring high-quality presentation
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food delivery
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
