Compensation

Hourly Rate: $15.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the floor plan and reservation book daily; create and maintain a seating chart.
  • Prepare the host station in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Welcome guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Assign seating based on the seating chart, server rotation, and guest preferences, while providing menus.
  • Manage seating arrangements and wait times effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and contribute to the overall cleanliness of dining and bar areas.
  • Inspect dining and service areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and setup standards.
  • Address guest inquiries regarding service and provide assistance as needed.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, addressing complaints and notifying management as necessary.
  • Assist with bussing, clearing, and cleaning tables.
  • Support food runners as required.
  • Regularly check restrooms for cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
  • Answer phone calls during operational hours.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Capable of following established procedures and instructions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to navigate between tables and around corners.
  • Frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Sufficient visual acuity and hearing ability to read the seating chart and communicate with guests.
Shift Information

Available shifts include day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends.
