What You'll Need..._**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Print Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in print operations project management, preferably in a high-volume printing environment.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing print concepts, including variable data printing, personalized marketing materials, and print-on-demand.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in print production technologies, software, and tools.
- Familiarity with print industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
