The Role:

We are at the forefront of transforming pet care through technology. As part of the VeSync family, we focus on advanced solutions that promote pet health and strengthen the connection between pets and their owners. We are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager who is ready to bring innovative ideas to our marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that our creative outputs are not only visually compelling but also strategically aligned and performance-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Leadership: Spearhead the creation and implementation of marketing concepts that align with brand strategy and target audience needs.
  2. Insight-Driven Creativity: Utilize market research and consumer insights to guide creative decisions and enhance campaign performance.
  3. Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside digital marketing, product marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive integration of creative materials across various platforms.

Your Contributions:

Creative Leadership:

  • Develop and manage creative concepts for marketing initiatives across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and videographers to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and performance objectives.
  • Oversee the production of marketing assets, including digital ads, print collateral, website content, videos, and social media graphics.

Insight-Driven Creativity:

  • Apply market research and consumer insights to inform creative strategies and optimize campaign results.
  • Conduct testing and analysis to assess the impact of creative variations on performance metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to assess the effectiveness of creative initiatives.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • Partner with digital marketing to ensure the seamless integration of creative assets across all channels.
  • Work with product marketing to develop creative strategies that support product launches and drive consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency and elevate Pawsync's visual identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative marketing or advertising capacity, with a proven history of successful campaign development.
  • Experience in consumer products or related industries.
  • A strong grasp of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional groups.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative work and ability to translate insights into compelling visuals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
