**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation and logistics, manage shipments and delivery schedules, and optimize routes.
- Manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Maintain vendor lists, handle subscriptions, and manage renewals.
- Arrange travel and meetings for management and guests.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and mail, directing them appropriately.
- Conduct inventory analysis and recommend actions for slow-moving items.
- Assist in coordinating company events and provide logístical support.
- Run errands as needed for daily operations.
- Support recruitment, hiring, and termination processes, including documentation preparation.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with performance reviews.
- Administer insurance programs and assist with employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR systems and handle time off requests and records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field required
- Bilingual English / Korean Preferred
- 1 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
