**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership**: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- ** Operations Management**: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving, storage, and shipping, to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily activities.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- ** Inventory Control**: Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and prevent overstocking.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all goods received, stored, and shipped meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- ** Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for warehouse staff and visitors.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor warehouse performance and track progress towards operational goals.
- ** Vendor Management**: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery schedules.
- ** Budget Management**: Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operating expenses, to ensure cost-effective operations.
- ** Training and Development**: Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse employees to enhance their skills and knowledge and support career growth within the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience leading multiple warehouses
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and other technology tools.
- Ability to follow safety processes and procedures and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
