We are a provider of moving and storage solutions, dedicated to exceptional service and customer satisfaction. We are needing a dependable, honest, and versatile individual that can thrive in a small warehouse/office environment to support our dispatch/operations/customer service and operations. Must have excellent communication and time management skills. Previous experience with moving and storage, dispatching, logistics experience. **Bilingual, fluent in both English/Spanish preferred.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist operations to instruct, dispatch, and update moving crews.
- Daily checks and documentation of all inventory and dispatch activities.
- Collaborate with the operations team, optimize routes and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer client inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor the status of ongoing moves, address any issues that arise.
- Assist customer with job confirmations, job updates and scheduling details.
- Collaborate with office team and ensure daily activities are updates in CRM software.
- Ensure items are stored securely and efficiently in warehouse.
- Ensure warehouse and office areas are kept clean and organized.
- Provide assist visitors as needed
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Moving industry, dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience required.
- Box truck, forklift, vaulting, inventorying, household goods storage, warehousing experience.
- Must be in great physical shape to lift and move heavy objects daily.
- Ability to drive and climb in and out of a 26 ft box truck daily.
- Occasionally may be required to assist crews on moving jobs if needed.
- Ability to work inside and outside comfortably during Texas weather conditions.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Proficiency with computer systems, can quickly learn software CRM.
- Full background check required.
**Additional Information**:
- 1099 Position. $16 - $17 per hour.
- Requires you to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute daily to work. We're located in Houston, TX 77045.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
