In General:
1. Photography:

- Take clear and detailed photographs of used headlights and taillights.
- Highlight and mark any visible damages on the photos to ensure transparency for potential buyers.

2. Documentation:

- Accurately document and describe the condition of each headlight and taillight.
- Enter data into an Excel spreadsheet, ensuring all necessary details are captured for eBay listings.

3. Data Entry:

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all inventory items.
- Create and update eBay listing sheets with detailed descriptions and photos.

4. Inventory Management:

- Lift and move automotive parts to appropriate shelving units.
- Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure efficient retrieval of parts.

Other responsibilities include:

- Work collaboratively across functions and departments
- Other functions as needed

Must have:

- Photography Skills: Ability to take clear and well-lit photos that accurately depict the condition of automotive parts.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying and documenting damages and other details.
- Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data entry and inventory management.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to keep inventory well-organized and easily accessible.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively describe item conditions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year data entry and photography preferred

Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer programs preferred

Certificates & Licenses: N/A

Other Requirements: None

Other Requirements: Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work environment includes a combination of office, plant operations. Position may be exposed to the outside and plant operations which have temperature fluctuations, material and environmental hazards which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as but not limited to safety glasses, ear plugs and

closed toe shoes.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
