Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety - Ensure customer safety during their time in the wind tunnel and throughout the facility.
  • Sales - Engage with guests to recommend and sell experiences that enhance their visit to iFLY.
  • Service - Maintain a cheerful and welcoming demeanor that excites customers about their experience and assist them promptly.
  • Service - Address product/service concerns by clarifying issues, selecting appropriate solutions, expediting corrections, and following up.
  • Additional Duties - Manage merchandise inventory, maintain cleanliness of the facility, operate the wind tunnel, process refunds and rescheduling, and participate in marketing-related content creation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability on weekends is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
  • Confidence in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, multitask, and understand customer needs.
  • Friendly, positive, and compassionate demeanor.
  • Integrity, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while fostering positive relationships.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
