**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns related to products or services
- Provide information about company policies, procedures, and promotions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products, services, and systems to better assist customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
