**Overview**:
As a Mazda Parts Manager at our esteemed car dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Mazda parts department. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department, meeting customer demands efficiently, and maximizing profitability. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong passion for Mazda vehicles and a knack for team leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal levels of Mazda parts inventory to meet customer demands while minimizing overstock and obsolete items. Implement effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Process incoming parts orders promptly and accurately. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts. Address any discrepancies or delays in orders to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability. Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and motivate a team of parts department staff members. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow. Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork and productivity.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and maximize profitability. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Mazda parts and accessories to customers.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor departmental expenses and budgetary guidelines. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels in accordance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive parts management, preferably within a Mazda dealership or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Mazda vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize departmental performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced dealership environment.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certification in automotive parts management preferred.

Pay: $92,453.00 - $110,673.00 per year
