- Facilities

Full Time, non-exempt, 12 month

**Reports to**: Director of Facilities

**Education/Experience Required/Preferred**:High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience strongly preferred, but not required.

**Pay Range**: $17.28-$20.00/hour

**General Responsibilities**

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all general office work pertaining to the Facilities Department.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Payroll Clerk
- Keeps record of Budget expenditures and submits bills to Accounting
- Maintains school master calendar through eSpace scheduling system
- Helps maintain Work Orders through eSpace
- Helps maintain Weekly Assignments doc and calendar schedule in Facilities Office
- Answers phone calls; directing requests to the Assistant Director of Facilities for assignments
- Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Director of Facilities or Director of Facilities

**Qualifications**
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
- Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Will exemplify high Christian ideals in a spirit of cooperativeness with integrity

This is a full time 40 hours a week/12 month position and reports directly to the Director of Facilities.
