**We have immediate openings for full-time Counselors to join our team.**

**Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete the Psychosocial History and Evaluation of each assigned client within the first week of admission.
- Employ information gathered from Psychosocial history and Evaluation in formulating individualized treatment plan for each client.
- Provide individual and group counseling services.
- Complete regular treatment plan updates clearly and concisely with measurable goals.
- Update treatment in electronic health record.

**Qualifications**:

- Must meet Department of Health (DOH) chapter 704 staffing requirements. Bachelor's Degree with 1-year Counseling experience required; a Master's Degree is preferred. Previous experience working in the Drug and Alcohol Program is preferred. Prior training in ASAM and Confidentiality preferred. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
