**About the job**:
The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube AMER Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring our Music and Shopping products to market, and a champion for creators and publishers helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**:

- Support the launch of Shopping and Music products in AMER markets.
- Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback and make recommendations on product roadmap to global.
- Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
- Work seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the AMER YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
- Own the product go-to-market strategy in AMER for two key verticals/products: Shopping and Music.
