**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
**Skills**:
- Proficient in clerical duties and organizational tasks
- Experience with budgeting and using QuickBooks software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Windows.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Front desk management experience is beneficial
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
