About the Job Ketryx is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead and scale our highperforming midmarket/growth sales team focused on transforming healthcare through safe, reliable medical software. You'll build, coach, and empower a team of Sales Executives to drive explosive revenue growth, directly contributing to our mission to impact 100 million patient lives by 2030. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll architect sales strategies that accelerate market expansion while building a worldclass organization in our fastpaced, missiondriven environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies and playbooks for the midmarket segment Partner with executive leadership to establish sales territories, quotas, and compensation structures that drive optimal performance Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Executives, establishing structured rampup programs Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to earlycareer sales professionals, fostering their development and growth Manage and forecast a robust pipeline of deals, ensuring accurate reporting, predictable revenue generation, and maintenance of healthy pipeline coverage ratios (45 quota) Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals Represent Ketryx at industry conferences, customer advisory boards, and key prospect meetings to build market presence and strategic relationships Required Skills 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing Sales Executives in the SaaS industry 5+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas Proven history of successfully managing a pipeline of deals from prospecting to close Experience in hiring, onboarding, and effectively coaching earlycareer individuals in a sales capacity Bachelor's degree Preferred Skills Previous experience in the healthcare industry Previous startup experience Keywords: PlayerCoach, QuotaCarrying Manager, SaaS Sales, MidMarket Sales, Growth Sales, Healthcare Technology Sales, Sales Leadership, Managing AEs, FullCycle Sales, Pipeline Management, Sales Coaching, Forecast Accuracy, Revenue Growth, Quota Attainment, B2B Enterprise, HyperGrowth, Startup Sales, Team Building, MedTech Sales, Talent Development, Team Building What We Offer Competitive compensation Generous stock options possible Work in an exciting field with a positive impact on the world Opportunity to learn and grow as part of a global team Generous PTO for fulltime Ketryx is an equal opportunity employer.
