We are looking for an accounting professional to lead our Client Accounting & Advisory Services practice. This will require close alignment with firm leadership as we establish this new set of services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, a passion for client service, and the leadership skills to drive growth and innovation within our practice. As the Leader of the Client Accounting & Advisory Services practice, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding our client accounting services offering. You will oversee a team of accountants and financial professionals, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that the practice operates efficiently and profitably. Your role will involve strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, and business development. Join us in delivering exceptional accounting services and driving our firm's success.Competencies and Position RequirementsPractice Management:Oversees the daily operations of the Client Accounting & Advisory Services practiceDevelops and implements strategies to improve efficiency and profitabilityMonitors performance metrics and manages practice financialsClient Relationship Management:Builds and maintains strong relationships with clientsEnsures that clients receive high-quality accounting and financial servicesIdentifies opportunities to expand services to existing clientsTeam Leadership:Leads, mentors, and manages a team of accounting professionalsProvides training and development opportunities for team membersFosters a collaborative and positive work environmentBusiness Development: Identifies and pursues new business opportunities Develops proposals and presentations for prospective clientsCollaborates with the marketing team to enhance practice visibilityCompliance and Quality Assurance: Ensures compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and firm policiesMaintains high standards of quality in all client deliverablesEducation and ExperienceBachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required. Masters degree preferred10+ years of experience in accounting or financial services, including leadership roles. Experience in CAAS field preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsProven track record in managing teams and leading accounting practices.
