The Client Services Supervisor in Fund Accounting for Alternative Investments is essential in bridging the gap between your team and our clients, ensuring their specific requirements are not only met but surpassed. The role involves extensive interactions both externally and internally, encouraging you to continuously challenge yourself, enhance your analytical skills, and contribute significantly to the firm's development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of monthly and quarterly NAV packages and fund allocations across a variety of financial instruments.
  • Ensure reconciliation of transaction details with third-party documentation, including fund investment statements and client reports.
  • Assist clients in navigating complex issues related to calculations.
  • Support year-end financial audits and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with the financial reporting team during reporting cycles.
  • Manage investor capital calls and distributions.
  • Participate in the revision of policies, procedures, and internal controls, including the implementation of new technologies.
  • Facilitate staff training and provide constructive feedback to improve individual performance.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new business and product initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Alternatives Fund Accounting, Global Custody, or Transfer Agency.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hedge Funds, Debt Funds, Private Equity, or Real Estate Funds.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with WSO is preferred.
