Job Title: Part Time Human Resources Assistant
Location: Hudson, NY 12535
Pay Range: $21.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Meet & greet visitors, clients, and provide information or answer questions..
- Complete, verify, and maintain I-9 files.
- Manage executives calendars, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Answer phones, relay messages, data entry and general office duties.
- Prepare new employee files, assist with new hire and annual trainings.
What’s Needed?
- Excellent customer service professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Well versed in MS office and learn customer computer system.
- Working understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures.
- Function well in a high-paced environment.
