Our client, in the health and wellness products industry, for both store brands and well-known consumer brands, is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will be part of the Administration Department supporting HR and Senior Management.  The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal, written and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Part Time Human Resources Assistant

Location:  Hudson, NY 12535

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Meet & greet visitors, clients, and provide information or answer questions.. 
  • Complete, verify, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Manage executives calendars, meetings and travel arrangements. 
  • Answer phones, relay messages, data entry and general office duties.
  • Prepare new employee files, assist with new hire and annual trainings. 

 What’s Needed?

  • Excellent customer service professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Well versed in MS office and learn customer computer system.
  • Working understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures.
  • Function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Keep strict confidentiality.
