Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist I assists the Creative Team with omnichannel marketing campaigns by creating collateral for channels indlucing but not limited to social media, content marketing and SEO, websites, email marketing, digital advertising and print design.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support on various projects

  • Conduct research for key marketing campaigns

  • (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates)

  • Manage designs such as signage, trade show collateral as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Assist creative team with creating assigned content including but not limited to copywriting, emails, and design

  • Create resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness and/or other important metrics

Must be willing to work flexible hours during peak times. Must be able to pass pre-hire and annual background check. Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screening and monthly OIG/SAM exclusion checks and annual certification.

Must have:

  • Basic understanding of omnichannel marketing, preferred.
  • Design experience (e.g., graphic design, UX design)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, DiviBuilder, MailChimp, Canva, Vimeo, Meta Business, HootSuite, HotJar
