General Summary of the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Essential Functions

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid search, programmatic display, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Develop and manage social media content, including writing copy and working with designers on visual concepts
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
  • Implement and manage email and marketing automation campaigns, including creating email content, building campaigns, segmenting audiences, and monitoring results
  • Implement and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, email open and click-through rates, and social media engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics

Education/Experience/Licensing

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling marketing copy and content
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
